The room was exceptionally quiet, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. I appreciated the convenience of having breakfast options available so early in the morning, as well as the comfort of the bed, which made my stay very enjoyable.

The room's lighting felt a bit dim at times, which can be an issue for reading.

We had a delightful two-night stay, enjoying the cozy room and the warm hospitality of the staff. The shower was particularly impressive, providing a refreshing escape. I'd recommend asking about the Wi-Fi and additional tea supplies for an even more enjoyable experience!

we had a lovely stay at george at backwell bed & breakfast. the location was perfect for our flight from bristol airport. our room was comfortable, and the breakfast selection was delightful. the landlord was the cherry on top, providing wonderful service and organization during our stay.

The restaurant serves a decent menu with friendly staff, but the acoustics can be distracting on busy nights. While the food was generally good, my dish last time lacked flavor, and I had some minor issues with my room's amenities. a pleasant spot for a gathering.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved our stay and checked out St Nicholas Market and Cabot Circus Shopping Centre, both great for shopping. The staff were super friendly, breakfast was tasty, and the room was comfy. Just a heads up, they don’t allow certain bar foods in the restaurant, though it's not a deal-breaker.

One downside was the shower didn’t drain well, which was a bit annoying during our stay.

The accommodation was great with a lovely outside seating area that made it perfect for relaxing after a day out. Enjoyed the spacious bar and restaurant. The food was very tasty. The staff were attentive and cheerful, making the overall experience quite pleasing. A couple of minor issues with the cleanliness in the room detracted a bit from the stay, but overall, it was quite comfortable.

The quaint charm of the garden area was absolutely delightful, perfect for a leisurely afternoon cup of tea while soaking in the sunshine.

I absolutely loved the convenient proximity to Tyntesfield, a beautiful estate with scenic walks, and Backwell Lake, which was perfect for a relaxing stroll surrounded by nature. The ambiance of this lovely building was amazing, making it an excellent base for my city explorations as a solo traveler. the room cleanliness could use a bit of improvement, but overall, it was a charming place to stay.

Perfect little hideaway!

Such a great place to crash before our early flight! The room was really comfy and we even got the best cookies left at our door, what a nice touch! We also hit up the restaurant for dinner, and it was a solid meal. Just wished there were more options on the drink menu.

Oh mate, the lush salads were a delight! Plus, the room was nice and beautifully decorated. Had a good chat with the staff—they were genuinely keen to help.

Bit of a letdown, the pub was shut on arrival with no food or drinks. Breakfast was meant to be served, but there was zero—talk about no coffee in the middle of nowhere!

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The outdoor seating was a hit with the kids, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. On one evening, we enjoyed a generous cheese board on the house—a delightful surprise!

In my children’s opinion, the breakfast options could be better. A wider selection with healthier choices would be great for families with kids.
